These terms apply to the website and the templates sold or given away by ReportKit, operated by Yong Wang, 11A, Lorong Villa Mutiara 3, Bandar Tasek Mutiara, 14120 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia (“we”, “us”).

1. What we provide

We provide report templates for Looker Studio (now Data Studio). They are digital products, delivered as links or files that you copy into your own Google account. Free templates cost nothing. Paid packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

2. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells the product to you, processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms, which take precedence if they conflict with these terms. We remain responsible for the templates themselves, their delivery and support. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout.

3. Licence

When you buy a pack, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the templates for your own business and for reports you deliver to your clients, including white-labelled reports. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the templates themselves, or claim them as your own as a template product.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy. Approved refunds are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. This does not limit any statutory rights you have.

5. Your data and third-party services

The templates connect to Google services (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio) using your own Google account. We don’t receive or store your report data. Those services are subject to Google’s own terms, and they may change features, quotas or connectors at any time. ReportKit is not affiliated with Google.

6. No warranty

Templates are provided “as is”. We try to keep them accurate and working, but we don’t guarantee that they are error-free or that they suit any particular purpose. Check important numbers against the source platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the templates is limited to the amount you paid for them.

7a. Acceptable use

You may not use the templates for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights. Abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated buy-and-refund) may lead us to decline future orders.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Penang, Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
